操作说明：

1、窒息、气道异物阻塞模拟：半身模拟人模拟气道梗塞异物为一圆球或圆柱体，阻塞气道（气管），模拟窒息或气道梗塞情况。

2、气道开放：标准气道开放：仰头举颏法

3、冲击压迫腹部技能模拟和解除气道异物阻塞进行海氏急救法操作训练：在半身模型平卧或立位体位上，操作练习气道梗塞异物排出方法。在立位上，用双手紧抱半身模型腹部，向内、向上方向压迫腹部突击用力（模拟压迫两肺部），使气道梗塞异物从口腔突然排出。同样可在平卧体位上，向内上方向突击用力，压迫腹部使气道梗塞异物从口腔突然排出。

Product Introduction:
This product is an adult airway obstruction and CPR training manikin designed for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) practice and adult Heimlich maneuver training. The manikin is anatomically and physiologically accurate, suitable for emergency treatment of foreign body airway obstruction.
Features:
■ Simulates normal airway obstruction;
■ Supports CPR, airway opening, and chest compression simulation;

Operation Instructions:
1. Choking and airway obstruction simulation: The torso manikin simulates a foreign object obstructing the airway (trachea), represented by a spherical or cylindrical object, to simulate choking or airway blockage.
2. Airway opening: Standard technique—head-tilt chin-lift method.
3. Abdominal thrust simulation and Heimlich maneuver training: Practice removing airway obstructions using abdominal thrusts on the torso model in either supine or upright position. In the upright position, firmly grasp the abdomen of the manikin with both hands and apply a sudden inward and upward thrust (simulating pressure on the lungs) to expel the foreign object from the mouth. Similarly, in the supine position, perform a sudden inward and upward abdominal thrust to expel the obstructing object through the mouth.
